Rich Carango
Rich is president of Schubert Communications. Starting at Schubert in 1994, Rich now heads the agency in creating effective IMC campaigns, PR campaigns, advertising, brochures, direct mail, logos, websites, multimedia and content. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in design from American University. When Rich is not in the office he enjoys spending time with his wife and children and is a huge history buff.

Allen Silveri
Allen is executive vice president of Schubert Communications. Allen received his Bachelor of Arts in mass communications from the Pennsylvania State University (University Park, Pa.) and has more than 20 years of B2B marketing and sales experience. Allen is a member of the Eastern Technology Council, the Business Marketing Association, and the Commercial Development and Marketing Association. He enjoys family time with his wife and five children, playing golf and softball, and coaching youth sports.

Chris Henneghan
Chris is Schubert Communications’ director of public relations and social media. She has been with the agency since 1987, working as a writer, consultant, strategic marketing planner and account executive. Chris graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing. She lives in Downingtown, Pa. with her husband and three children and enjoys tennis, golf, hiking, reading and traveling.

Chris Raymond
Chris is director of Schubert’s Interactive Group. He works develops Web projects including corporate Web sites, micro-sites, SEO/SEM programs, landing page campaigns and rich media advertising. Chris earned a degree in advertising design and multimedia from the Hussian School of Art (Philadelphia) and his Webmaster certification from Pennsylvania State University Great Valley Campus. When not knee deep in code, Chris can be found cannon balling himself down a rocky trail on his mountain bike, or on the highway at full throttle in his Mustang Cobra.

Brian Courtney

Joe Schubert
Joe is the founder and CEO of Schubert Communications. He takes great pride in the agency’s B2B Sales-Centric Marketing™ approach based on many years of B2B client support. With honors degrees from Villanova University and the University of Pennsylvania, Joe began his professional career in engineering, marketing and sales management at Sperry Univac (now Unisys). Prior to founding Schubert Communications in 1978, Joe was a partner in O’Hare and Co., where he carried out major planning and communications consulting projects for IBM, AT&T, Southern Telephone and Digilog Systems, among others. Joe keeps busy flying his Cesna, golfing, skiing and reading up on the industry’s latest trends.
